SHIPPING METHOD
All Order
will be shipped via UPS Ground unless specified differently by the customer.
SHIPMENT TERMS
PrintCheck
will ship to Customer addresses in the 50 States. PrintCheck is unable
to ship outside the States, or to APO and FPO boxes. PrintCheck will
not ship to Post Office boxes. Prices do not include charges for shipping, handling,
or return processing charges (see "Returns"). Title and risk of loss
pass from PrintCheck to Customer upon shipment from a PrintCheck designated
distribution facility to Customer. All orders will have a $10.00 handling charge.
PrintCheck may deliver products in installments. Any delivery or shipment date
provided to Customer is PrintCheck’s good-faith estimate. Customer acknowledges
that PrintCheck product availability may be limited, and particular products
may not be available for immediate delivery. PrintCheck will not be liable for
any loss, damage, cost, or expense related to any delay in shipment or delivery.
PrintCheck reserves the right to suspend shipment of particular products at
PrintCheck’s discretion. PrintCheck agrees to notify Customer if PrintCheck
chooses not to ship particular products that have been ordered by Customer.

RETURNS
Return Goods
Process
To return
product, contact PrintCheck’s Customer Service Representatives at 1-888-624-5786.
If a product was delivered in an inoperable condition, PrintCheck will arrange
for the product to be picked up by PrintCheck’s designated returns carrier and
returned to PrintCheck at PrintCheck’s expense. At its option, PrintCheck will
repair or replace inoperable products, or will refund the purchase price. If
you are returning your product for any other reason, you are responsible for
payment of return freight, as well as for any damage to the product while in
transit back to PrintCheck. PrintCheck recommends that Customer obtain insurance
for products they are returning to PrintCheck. Upon receiving PrintCheck’s approval
to return a product, Customer will be assigned a Return Goods Authorization
Number (called an RGA Number). Products will only be accepted within thirty
(30) days after the RGA Number is issued. Only one RGA Number will be issued
per product.
Returns
Terms and Conditions
For all
printers, accessories, networking products, and supplies, PrintCheck will impose
a restocking fee equal to twenty-five percent (25%) of product price, excluding
tax and shipping charges. PrintCheck will test all products upon return. PrintCheck
reserves the right to impose freight and restocking charges on Customers that
wrongly claim the products they are returning are inoperable. Returned products
must include all cables, software, manuals, documentation, and packaging materials.
If Customer fails to include with its return all items shipped to Customer,
PrintCheck reserves the right to charge Customer for any missing items. Printers
returned containing installed toner will not be accepted. Unsealed printer toner
cartridges may not be returned to PrintCheck. PrintCheck must receive returned
products in like-new condition. PrintCheck reserves the right to refuse to accept
returns that show excessive wear and tear. PrintCheck reserves the right to
charge Customer for any costs incurred by PrintCheck in restoring returned product
as necessary for the resale of product as refurbished product.
